Graceful Guidance Therapeutic LLC is expanding, and we are looking for dedicated and compassionate therapists to join our growing team. If you are an LCSW-S, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC, LMFT, or LGMFT, and passionate about providing individual, couples, and family therapy, we would love to hear from you!

Position Overview:

  • Job Type: Full-time/Part-time (Flexible hours)

  • Location: In-person and virtual options available

  • Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience and caseload

  • Supervision: Free clinical supervision for LMSWs, LGPCs, and LGMFTs!

Required Qualifications:

✔ Active LCSW-S, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC, LMFT, or LGMFT licensure in Maryland
✔ Experience providing individual, couples, and/or family therapy
✔ Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques (CBT, DBT, EFT, etc.)
✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✔ Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR)
✔ LMSWs, LGPCs, and LGMFTs must be working toward independent licensure
